The Service

SignFinder helps real estate agents track the placement and collection of directional open-house signage. You agree to use SignFinder only for this intended purpose.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Your first sign is always free, with no credit card required.
• The monthly plan includes a 7-day free trial, then bills $6.99/mo; quarterly, half-year, and annual plans bill immediately with no trial period. Each account is entitled to one free trial.
• Team Sharing is an optional add-on ($4.99/mo) that can be added on top of any active plan to share an Open House with up to 3 other devices on your team. It bills immediately with no trial period and can be canceled independently of your underlying plan.
• Subscriptions are billed through, and renew automatically via, the Apple App Store or Google Play unless canceled before the renewal date. Manage or cancel your subscription from your device's subscription settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google Play's applicable refund policies, since they process the payment.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse SignFinder — including attempting to disrupt the service, access another user's account without authorization, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the sign and Open House data you create. You grant us a license to store and process that data solely to operate SignFinder on your behalf. An Open House is only visible to other agents if you choose to share it.

Marketing Communications

If you opt in during sign-up or later from Member Center → Basic Info, you agree to receive promotional emails and text messages from SignFinder and, where applicable, sponsored content from select partners, as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Opting in is never required to use SignFinder, and you may withdraw consent at any time.

Third-Party Services

Sign-in with Apple or Google, and all subscription billing, are provided by Apple and Google and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SignFinder is provided "as is." Location data (including GPS accuracy) is provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed to be precise. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexapath LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SignFinder.

Termination

You may stop using SignFinder and delete your account at any time from the Member Center. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
