Pick a status, tap the map
Choose Planned, Placed, or Collected, then tap the map. The sign appears right there. No form.
Aim it, move it
Drag the sign to move it. Drag the small dot above it to point it the right way.
Collect as you walk
Switch to Collected and tap each sign as you pick it up. You can tap your way down a whole block without opening anything.

Shortcuts worth knowing
Long-press to change status
Press and hold any sign to move it to its next status (Planned → Placed → Collected) without switching modes.
One tap to collect a whole street
In Collected mode, one tap marks a sign collected. No pop-up. Walk the block and tap as you go.
Drag the handle to aim
Drag the dot above a sign to aim it. Drag the sign itself to move it.
New signs keep your last angle
Every new sign faces the same way as the last one you aimed. A row down one street needs no re-aiming.
Tap the name to jump to the address
Tap the Open House name to jump to its saved address. Long-press it to rename or edit the address.
Tap the sign count for a breakdown
In the Open House list, tap a row's sign count to see the totals by sign type: placed, collected, still out.
Fit every sign on screen
The fit button zooms out just enough to show every sign in the current Open House.
The accuracy circle
After centering on your location, the circle around the dot is the GPS accuracy. Big circle, rough fix.

You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. After that you can still view your history, but adding new signs requires an active plan.
Yes. Placements save on the phone the moment you make them and sync once you're back in range.
Only if you turn on Team Sharing, a separate add-on, and share that Open House with them. By default nobody else sees your signs.
Subscriptions run through the App Store or Google Play, so changes happen there. Open your device's subscription settings to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.
